A student was left waiting 10 HOURS for a refund at Manchester Airport after his flight was cancelled due to snowfall.
Many passengers had their journeys cancelled or delayed after Manchester Airport had to close both of its runways on Saturday morning (December 10).
Some complained on Twitter that the situation had left them stranded on planes for several hours, including Daniel Jones, a student from Ormskirk, Lancs.
