A Ryanair customer is still searching for her suitcase nine days after it mysteriously did not arrive when she landed in Milan and says the airline is “ghosting” her.
Staff claim to still be searching for the baffled passengers' belongings that were meant to be on her Ryanair flight from Manchester last Saturday, for her first foreign trip with boyfriend Joe Cubbin.
The 30-year-old accountant Rachel Millard, who lives in Didsbury, had to go her entire five-day holiday without most of her stuff, including vital medication, as it never followed her to Italy.
