Ryanair confirms in-flight alcohol rules after rumours of booze ban

Ryanair has confirmed its rules around taking alcohol onboard its flights.

Many people will be preparing to fly out to sunny destinations for the summer - so it is best to make sure you’re up-to-date with all the new rules and travel guidelines, including what you can bring with you. One thing a lot of Brits travelling abroad like to take with them is booze from the duty-free at the airport.

However, last week reports suggested that Ryanair, , which flies out of Liverpool John Lennon Airport would be introducing a new rule around alcohol on flights. It was reported that the no-frills airline had implemented a new ban on certain duty-free items for anyone flying from the UK to Ibiza, Alicante, Barcelona, Malaga, Palma and Tenerife South.
