Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary worked on the frontline at Dublin Airport last Saturday to ensure passengers made it onto their flights.
The airline’s chief executive supported staff at the airport by working at boarding gates and security checkpoints.
Social media users posted pictures of the airline CEO assisting passengers in the lengthy queues at Terminal One.
The Dublin Airport Authority was forced to apologise last month when thousands of passengers – including 1,500 Ryanair customers – missed flights over one weekend due to lengthy queues.
