Ryan Kent has contract terminated with Fenerbahce just 16 months into four-year deal

Ryan Kent has had his contract terminated at Fenerbahce by mutual agreement just 16 months into a four-year deal.

The former Rangers forward is now a free agent.

Kent joined the Turkish club in July 2023 after his contract expired at Ibrox and reportedly turned down an astonishing 21 transfer offers this summer to leave the Super Lig side.

It was revealed last month that manager Jose Mourinho had warned the 26-year-old he would never play for the club again as long as he remains in charge.

In a statement posted on social media, the club wrote: "The contract of Ryan Kent, one of the players of the Professional Football A Team, has been mutually terminated."
