Ryan Giggs’ ex Stacey has reportedly been left feeling ‘traumatised’ after three masked men stole her car while she was at home.
The 43-year-old is said to have witnessed the thieves drive off in her £80,000 vehicle at 1.30am yesterday in Worsley, Gtr Manchester, which was caught on CCTV.
A source said: “It was so upsetting. Her kids were there and were hysterical.”
Stacey children - Liberty, 19, and Zach, 15 - whom she shares with former Man United player Ryan are said to be “inconsolable”.
The Mirror has contacted a representative for Stacey asking for comment.
A source close to Stacey, who recently split from The Wanted singer Max George, told The Sun that police used the car’s tracker to find it dumped.
They added: “It was so upsetting. Stacey’s kids are hysterical. They’ve been left terrified and inconsolable.
"And it’s unthinkable for this to happen after everything Stacey has been through with Max. She called police straight away.
"They were there all night trying to work out how the robbers accessed the property and her car. Thankfully they found it but the whole incident is terrifying.”
Yesterday neighbours apparently spotted former footballer Ryan arriving to drop off a car for Stacey.
It comes after Stacey allegedly called her ex Max a "lying dog" after it emerged he is in a relationship with former EastEnders actress Maisie Smith.
Stacey reportedly told friends seeing The Wanted singer, 33, enjoying a romantic break with Maisie was "is like a dagger to the heart", and branded her ex "a lying dog" who is "obsessed with fame".
The Sun claimed Stacey confided in a pal, saying: "Max cheated on me with Maisie. I asked him about her but he denied anything had happened.
"He said he was like an uncle to Maisie. After everything I’ve done for him, I cannot believe he would be so rude and disrespectful. He’s a lying dog. I feel betrayed."
