A British prosecutor accused a doctor on Tuesday of overseeing six killings during the 1994 Rwandan genocide.
Dr. Vincent Brown was a leader or supervisor in the killing of a young woman and her baby, three household members and a taxi driver who was stoned to death, prosecutor Jane Stansfield said in Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
