Russian Strike On Ukraine's Kharkiv Wounds 21

A late-night Russian strike on a residential neighborhood of the northeastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv wounded 21 people, officials said Sunday.

The strike came just hours after Russian attacks killed five people — including two children — in central Ukraine.
