Russian spies have launched another “false flag” plot in a bid to trigger war with neighbouring Ukraine, The Mirror can reveal.
Kremlin spooks are suspected of faking a “dirty bomb video” pretending it was being constructed by a Ukrainian extremist group.
The chilling video was broadcast on websites and pretends to show a Ukrainian bomb-maker putting the final touches to a time bomb containing radioactive material.
