Ukrainian President Zelensky has described the recent attack in the northeastern city of Kharkiv as extremely brutal, resulting in 23 injuries. The strikes, which targeted civilian infrastructure, have raised concerns about the escalating conflict between Ukraine and Russia.
The attack, which occurred at around 10 o'clock in the morning, caused significant damage to a printing press where seven individuals lost their lives. The use of multiple strikes to target rescuers and first responders has been noted as a particularly ruthless tactic employed by the attackers.
