Russian Military Plane Crashes Near Ukrainian Border
A Russian military plane carrying 74 people, including 65 Ukrainian service members, has crashed in Russia's Belgorod region near the border with Ukraine. The incident occurred in the early hours, with reports stating that the plane went down near the city of Belgorod, approximately three to four miles away. The aircraft involved was identified as an IL-76 transport plane commonly used by the Russian military.
