Russian go-karter denies making Nazi salute on podium of FIA race after being sacked by team

A Russian go-karter has apologised after he was accused of making a Nazi salute while on the podium of an FIA race last weekend.

Artem Severiukhin, 15, described himself as a “fool” and denied having fascist sympathies after he made a gesture after claiming a race victory in Portugal.
