Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has provoked laughter after referring to the invasion of Ukraine as "the war which was launched against us" during a diplomatic forum in India.
Mr Lavrov had been speaking at the Raisina Dialogue conference, on the sideline of G20 foreign ministers' meeting in New Delhi, and was responding to a question about Russia's strategy towards energy when he made the comments.
