Russian guided bombs struck a school in the northern Ukrainian city of Sumy during lessons on 29 September, but pupils and staff survived in a shelter while two people were killed in their homes elsewhere in the city, Ukrainian officials said.
Six people sought medical assistance after the attack, including three children. The strikes damaged both the school and homes in separate parts of Sumy, according to accounts from Ukrainian regional authorities and police.
