NEW DELHI: India on Tuesday finally evacuated about 700 Indian students from Sumy in northeastern Ukraine.

The biggest challenge for India was to ensure their safe exit from Sumy which had been witnessing heavy shelling and intense exchange of fire between Russians and Ukrainian forces.
