Russian military chiefs are plotting a “false flag” bio-terrorism scare aimed at blaming a Cholera outbreak in the east of Ukraine on Kyiv, it is feared.
Intelligence officers in the Ukrainian capital believe the killer disease could spark an epidemic in the region, whilst the Kremlin would accuse the country of launching a bio-attack.
The Ukrainian Main Intelligence Directorate claims Vladimir Putin's regime is already planning for a Cholera outbreak by restricting mass gatherings.
