Russian forces are continuing to make “minor” advances in the east of Ukraine but are suffering from dwindling stockpiles of more accurate and modern weapons, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) has said.
In its latest update, the MoD said air and artillerystrikes have allowed Russian troops to advance around the city of Lysychansk.
