Russia and Ukraine have agreed to stop military strikes in the Black Sea and ensure safe passage for commercial shipping, the White House has said.
In a statement, the White House said Washington would help restore Russia's access to the world market for agricultural and fertiliser exports and would continue facilitating talks on both sides in a bid toward achieving a sustainable peace.
