Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha accused Russia of committing a war crime after footage of a drone attack on a civilian was released.

​The video, which was released by Ukrainian authorities, shows a drone chasing down a street vendor in the city of Kherson in southern Ukraine.
