A former rural cop could face charges for giving a motelier advice about importing illegal gun parts, while he and another officer conducted illicit background checks on guests and received covert sex videos.
The findings against the two officers from regional NSW, who cannot be identified, were revealed in a report by the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission tabled in NSW parliament on Monday.
