The NFL Scouting Combine always feels like the true kickoff to the offseason with rumors of trades and free agency targets leaking out of Indianapolis each year. The word from the combine is that other team officials believe that Andrew Berry is “the most aggressive” when it comes to pursuing free agents and trade targets in the offseason.
