Rugby World Cup 2023: How to watch every match for FREE on TV and online

The Rugby World Cup is well underway, with ITV screening all the matches live and exclusive this year.

England are motoring towards the quarter-finals after wins over Argentina, Japan and Chile to take full control in Pool D.
