Eight pints of milk, 20 minutes and a strong stomach is needed to complete this brutal Premiership rugby initiation.
After chatting to Louis Rees-Zammit about the infamous Gloucester Rugby milk challenge last year, former Scotland international Ryan Wilson has decided to attempt it himself on the RugbyPass Offload Podcast.
Rees-Zammit explained you had to down eight pints of full fat milk in 20 minutes without being sick. Wilson, who won 50 caps for Scotland, didn't seem convinced that the challenge was that hard.

The young Wales star assured Wilson it was indeed "a lot f****ng harder than it looks", with a broad smile on his face.
He added: "I failed it. I was so ugly it was an absolute joke. I was sh****g myself because I knew I was going to fail. I think everyone [initially] thinks they can do it but then they have like two glasses and they realise they can't."
The interview with Rees-Zammit was back in October 2021, but this week Glasgow Warriors player Wilson took it upon himself to attempt the gut-wrenching challenge. Max Lahiff, a renowned rugby character who plays for Bristol Bears, is also a host on the podcast and took part in the challenge too. However, it is Wilson's gut reaction which has captured social media.
Despite initially calling the challenge "a piece of p**s", Wilson bottled it after six pints, throwing up in truly graphic fashion. Presenter Marc Edwards and Lahiff are in stitches as Wilson empties his stomach.
Remarkably, Lahiff went on to complete the challenge in dramatic fashion, throwing up as soon as the 20 minute timer was up. Rees-Zammit said that only four people have ever completed the Gloucester milk challenge, so credit is due for Lahiff!
