Hull FC's Joe Westerman dislocated his kneecap whilst being tackled, smacked it back in to place and carried on playing.
The incredible feat occurred in a match between Westerman's side and derby rivals Hull KR in the Betfred Super League.
The game finished 18-10 to Kingston Rovers, but it will be remembered more so for Westerman's self-physio on the field.
The 33-year-old was tackled by two players before being dumped to the ground, completely dislocating his patella in the process. He looked in huge discomfort, and clutched his knee immediately.
As the referee was in the process of blowing the whistle, Westerman proceeded to quite literally pound his dislocated bone back in to place with five firm strikes of the palm.
The Hull FC physio attempted to escort the second-row from the field, but the big man rejected the advice, and deemed himself fit to play on.
It happened back in 2019, and has picked up 1.2 million views on YouTube since. However, it has now been given a new lease of life through Instagram, with over half a million views on Sky Rugby in the last three days.
