Here are the latest rugby headlines on the evening of Sunday, March 6.
Wales international sparks debate
Wales international Aled Davies escaped a red card in English rugby's big match of the weekend and sparked yet another disciplinary debate in the game.
Saracens scrum-half Davies' head on head collision with Leicester Tigers outside-half George Ford divided opinion.
Former England international Andy Goode insisted he should have been sent off, but others agreed with the referee that Ford's late change of direction made the offence worthy of only a yellow card.
BT Sport pundit Ben Kay said: "He's already pulled the trigger when the step is made. The referee said it's a red card but I'm mitigating it down to a yellow because of that pirouette.
"Ford spins and that's when the collision happens. We're trying to get away from head on head contact but if you have already pulled the trigger on a tackle there is nothing you can do to get out of it."
Goode, however, disagreed, saying: "How is this not a red card? So inconsistent."
Wales train on Sunday
Wales were called in for a rare Sunday training session today as their normal weekly schedule was altered.
That's because they play France on Friday night this week, rather than the usual Saturday.
It means the team will be announced on Wednesday rather than Thursday, with the players expected to be told on Monday.
Josh Navidi was among those reporting for duty at the Vale Hotel after his call-up was confirmed earlier today. Ellis Jenkins has been released from the squad.
Alun Wyn Jones to return?
Shane Williams believes Alun Wyn Jones could yet be a shock inclusion in the matchday Wales 23 to face France on Friday night.
While Williams does not expect to see many changes to the side that lost to England, he does think Jones' return could provide a monumental lift to the squad.
Writing in his Rugby Paper column, he said: "I can’t see any good reason for Wayne Pivac to make any changes to the side that finished so strongly at Twickenham. The return to training of Alun Wyn Jones will have given everyone a boost, but is he really ready to start playing again at this level?
"It is always never say never with ‘Big Al’ and there might be a case for putting him on the bench if he feels he can put in an honest shift.
"Just imagine the psychological impact he could have by merely walking into the changing room and getting changed.
"It was great to see Josh Navidi getting back onto the field for Cardiff at the weekend and it will be interesting to see if Pivac feels he is in the right shape to return to the international fold.
"Given the impact that Faletau had at Twickenham after just a couple of outings for Bath, the Wales coach might consider experience has a place over youthful exuberance in his back row."

Ospreys scrape through
The Ospreys scraped past a poor Zebre side in a far from convincing 27-22 win in Swansea.
The Italians are without a win all season but they troubled the Ospreys and led in the second half before the Welsh team eventually managed to secure the victory through tries from Sam Parry, Morgan Morris and Will Griffiths.
Dan Lydiate was named man of the match on his first start back from long term injury.
