A mum was left gobsmacked after she received a note from her neighbour requesting that she limit the amount of time her child spends in the garden. A video, posted on TikTok by user DawnyDawnPeril, showed the note in full - which also included a threat to call the police.
It stated that the neighbour had given her time to 'correct' the problem on her own, however as it was still ongoing they were now willing to call the police if the 'disruptive' behaviour didn't stop, Hull Live reports. The transcription posted to TikTok read: "Dear neighbour. I moved here a year ago and I wanted to give you time to correct this problem on your own, but you are apparently too inconsiderate to do so.
"Every day this week, when weather has been nice and windows are open, you proceed to let your small child run free in your garden, laughing and giggling and carrying on without end", the note continued. "This is very disruptive for my two dogs and my bird who sits next to the window and likes to look into the garden. Perhaps you could ask your child to tone it down a bit.
