Ruben Neves has claimed Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo looks in "spectacular shape" for the World Cup.
Ronaldo has scored just three goals this season and two came against FC Sheriff (a rebound and a penalty). Erik ten Hag has not handed him regular starts and that led the player to speak in a bombshell interview with Piers Morgan this week.
After the 37-year-old criticised the club and Ten Hag among other claims, United are considering the possibility of terminating Ronaldo's contract and they are currently looking at taking legal action for a possible breach of contract.

A statement from the club on Friday confirmed they have 'initiated appropriate steps' after the final part of Ronaldo's interview was aired on Thursday night and it's almost certain that the forward has played his last match at Old Trafford.
Ronaldo will play at the World Cup, though, and it seems like he's got a point to prove at the tournament in Qatar, which Wolves' Neves clearly thinks he will make, as the midfielder explained when asked about the player's interview.
"From what I've seen in training, he's in spectacular shape," Neves told a press conference on Sunday. "He doesn't worry us at all, we as a team know perfectly well what we need to work on so that each individual stands out on gameday.
"If we're good as a team, Cristiano will be phenomenal."
Ronaldo is 38 in February and this is his last World Cup.
