Fans of RTE's Ultimate Hell Week were geared up for a tough episode this week as emotions ran high in the latest instalment of the gruelling series.
This week's episode saw contestants pushed to their limits in back-to-back events, with a high jump from a helicopter hovering over the freezing sea being the first attempted.
It even drove Mrs Brown's Boys star Fiona O'Carroll to tears - but she still managed to make the jump.
But while fitness influencer Rebeccah O'Rourke, who face-planted into the water from a height, checked out a bruise back in the changing room, the RTE cameras happened to catch a little too much of contestant Oisin Murphy - much to some fans' surprise.
The champion jockey was changing and appeared bottomless on screen for a few seconds as he looked over to see the injury.
A few people who spotted the shot's inclusion spoke about it on social media.
One person tweeted: "It appears no one spotted Oisin Murphy's full frontal shot on #UltimateHellWeek #SpecialForces on #RTE just us. Well how he rides a horse with that I'll never know!"
Another added: "Was your mans lad hanging out or was I seeing things #UltimateHellWeek."
Another tweeted a censored photo and said: "Somebody missed something in the edit… #UltimateHellWeek."
Others were full of praise for this week's show, with one saying: "I am absolutely loving #UltimateHellWeek on RTÉ. It’s so good! I’m on the edge of my seat with each challenge, but my god getting them to jump out of a helicopter into the sea. Terrifying!"
Former Mrs Brown's Boys co-star Rory Cowan said of Fiona O'Carroll: "Oh now @OCarrollFiona, I wouldn’t have jumped out of that helicopter even if it was on fire. Well done you #UltimateHellWeek."
Jockey Oisin Murphy was unfortunately one of those who decided to leave the show this week, along with Michael McKillop, Pamela Uba and Luke Thomas who also bowed out.
