RTE star Marty Morrissey has revealed he placed a copy of his book inside his mother’s coffin, along with a note telling her he would see her again someday.
The sports commentator was left devastated last December after his 94-year-old mother Peggy was tragically killed in a car crash near Annagh at Miltown Malbay in Clare.
Marty revealed he put his book, It’s Marty, inside her coffin, along with a picture of him, his mother and his father, Martin, who died 17 years ago. He also placed a letter in her coffin telling her he would see her again someday.
