RTE's Late Late Show will celebrate Ireland's Oscar nominations success this Friday night.
Irish talent was reflected in a record number of nominations for this year. Both Colin Farrell and Paul Mescal have been shortlisted for the Best Actor Category following their roles in 'The Banshees of Inisherin' and 'Aftersun' respectively.
The director and the producer of Irish language film An Cailin Ciuin, which received a nomination for Best International Feature Film, will join Ryan on the Late Late sofa. Colm Bairead and Cleona Ni Chrualaoi will discuss the impact of the breakout film, which has already amassed over €1 million at the box office.

Meanwhile, BAFTA nominee Daryl McCormack will also feature on the upcoming episode. Daryl stars in the black comedy hit 'Bad Sisters' and will chat about the hit popularity of the series, which was predominantly filmed in Howth.
Viewers will also be delighted by the appearance of Harry Potter star Miriam Margoyles and Senator Lynn Ruane. The surprising duo made headlines this summer after Lynn took the British actress on a televised campervan tour across Dublin, as they explored the interesting background of writer Lady Gregory.
Additionally, Karina Molloy, one of the first women to join the Irish Defence Forces, will speak candidly about her experience of harassment and sexual assault while serving as a soldier.
Music will also feature from Irish R&B star Aby Coulibaly, while Derek Ryan will perform a duet alongside singer Emma Langford.
The Late Late Show airs on RTE One at 9.35pm on Friday evenings.
