Operation Transformation viewers have been hailing one leader in particular after being left inspired during Wednesday evening’s programme.
Stephanie Bowden, from Clondalkin in Dublin, overcame a major fear while also hitting some significant milestones on her journey to a healthier lifestyle.
The 31-year-old suffered from health issues relating to her heart after the birth of one of her kids and has held onto some of her fears with exercise as a result.

After giving birth to her son Jack, she faced health issues that forced her to stop playing football over fears she could suffer a heart attack.
This evening, psychologist Dr. Eddie Murphy proved to the mum-of-two that she can work through having a high heart rate while running to reach even higher health goals.
Viewers were touched by the segment, during which, Eddie strapped his Fitbit onto Stephanie in order to show her that her heart rate would naturally rise as she ran, but that her body is "well able for it".
Later in the show, while speaking with the experts, Stephanie was told that she has lost 10% of her weight since she embarked on her Operation Transformation journey.
This, coupled with overcoming her fears - thanks to the use of Eddie’s Fitbit - had viewers singing her praises online.
One viewer wrote: “Fair play Stephaine! Well done girl! #OperationTransformation”.
Another said: ”That was a lovely segment with Eddie & Stephanie. Well done Stephanie. #operationtransformation”.
A third viewer wrote: “#operationtransformation Stephanie, you did it!!”
