Padraig Harrington was hailed as "super generous" for a kind gesture on Friday night's Late Late Show.
Viewers were delighted to see the golf legend present Ryan Tubridy with a gift on the show.
Tubs is due to leave the long-running talk-show on May 26 after 14 years hosting the show. On tonight's show, 2007 Open Champion Padraig was the first guest on The Late Late Show, and he brought along a gorgeous red and white Wilson bag customised with Ryan's name on it, reports Dublin Live.

A clearly surprised Ryan said: "What are you doing with these?". Padraig explained that the bag was in fact a departing gift for the RTE star.
Padraig said: "These are a present. If I can get you to play golf when you retire, I can get anybody to play golf."
The duo shared a hug, and Padraig told Ryan: "You are always giving stuff away, so for once, you are going to receive something." Tubs thanked the kind hearted golfer for his new golf gear, saying: "Ladies and gentlemen, that is a measure of the man himself. How thoughtful."
Fans immediately flocked to Twitter to praise Padraig for his kind gift. One person said: "Wow super generous gift from Padraig. Great man."
A second added: "Padraig Harrington is a tonic #LateLateShow." A third said: "Padraig Harrington is a gent."
