Rumours are circulating that Meghan Markle will follow in the footsteps of her husband Prince Harry and will allegedly be releasing her own bombshell memoir next.
Fears are apparently growing in the royal family as to what the Duchess of Sussex may disclose in her book and all hell will break loose if Meghan opens up about one specific topic, an insider has claimed.
During the couple's Oprah Winfrey interview Meghan made one particularly shocking allegation against a member of the royal family who she claims asked her how dark her then unborn son's skin would be.
The Firm are said to be 'terrified' that the Duchess will name the royal who allegedly asked this racist question about Prince Archie in her rumoured memoir.
Meghan chose to not disclose the individual during her interview alongside Prince Harry with the US chat host legend in March 2021, the Express reports.
However, a royal insider has told the Telegraph that her choosing to name them would cause complete chaos in the family as the insider said 'all hell will break loose again'.
This was only one of the shocking allegations that Harry and Meghan have made against the Firm in recent years as they went on to make their highly successful 'Harry and Meghan' Netflix docuseries where they opened about their lives since stepping down as royals in 2020.
Harry also released his controversial memoir Spare where he made a number of personal attacks on various senior members of the royal family including his brother Prince William, father King Charles and stepmother Queen Camilla.
It is rumoured that the monarch and the Prince of Wales have put some further distance between themselves and the Duchess of Sussex as they fear they could provide her with some material for her reported memoir.
The insider claimed: "There’s not a lot of trust left to allow the family to maintain a good and open relationship.
"How do you speak openly without it ending up in volume two?"
Harry's memoir Spare was released on January 10 2023 and has been confirmed by the Guinness World Book of Records to be the fastest selling non-fiction book of all time in the UK.
