The Royal Variety Performance is returning once more this December. The event, which is staged in aid of the Royal Variety Charity, raises money to help those from the world of entertainment in need of care and assistance.
Located in the Royal Albert Hall in London, the show will be the first to take place since Queen Elizabeth II passed away. Recorded on Thursday, December 1, the performance was attended by Prince Edward and his wife Sophie.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex were pictured at the event — which first took place in 1912 at the Palace Theatre, London, and was attended by Their Majesties King George V and Queen Mary — earlier this month and met with host and comedian Lee Mack.
