The "Royal Project 53" will bring a myriad of premium quality products to many zones in CentralWorld, Ratchadamri Road, from Thursday to Aug 14.
Organised under "The Infinite Blooms" concept by the Royal Project Foundation, the much-anticipated fair will turn the 1st floor of the shopping centre into a shopping spree for health-conscious people looking for famous products from the Royal Project.
There will be agricultural products cultivated by hill tribes in the highlands, special dishes made from quality ingredients, Doi Kham products and handicrafts, as well as products from other royally initiated projects.
A highlight activity will be the "Royal Project BCG: Green Innovation" exhibition that will present research work on hemp, an economic crop under the command of HM Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother that has been further developed into healthy food products, processed products and beauty products.
The exhibition will be held at the Central Court where the Edelweiss flowers of the Alps, a symbol of "true love" from Europe, will be decoratively presented. Expert chefs will offer cooking demonstrations at 1pm and 4pm and art and cultural performances by Kasetsart University students will be staged.
The Eden Zone will gather more than 3,000 fresh fruits, vegetables and processed products. Highlights will be Royal Project coffee beans, kale, 101 varieties of Taiwanese melon, sweet yellow cherry tomatoes, Royal Project figs and Kombucha fermented tea products.
The Dazzle Zone will see tribal handicrafts and Royal Project potpourri, as well as a rare demonstration of hemp-thread weaving using a traditional loom while the Atrium Zone will bring a variety of plants and flowers.
Also, prepare to enjoy the fair's signature avocado ice cream and try new flavours of ice cream from the Napa brand, all of which will be served at Beacon Zone 2.
A range of products from the royally initiated projects will be available at Beacon Zone 3-4, including newly launched products from Doi Kham such as mulberry jam, strawberry with rose petal jam, concentrated sour curry and tom yum soup, spaghetti sauce and pizza spread, as well as products from Kasetsart University.
Exclusively at Eden Zone on the 2nd floor, more than 80 ready-to-eat meals from the Royal Project's highlands will be served, including dried khao soi (rice noodles with curry soup) with trout, mantou (steamed bun), deep-fried Yunnan style two-colour tofu, spicy avocado salad, and steamed layered cake in five colours.
