The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra will hold an evening of Eurovision classics in May.
With no small catalogue to pull from, the world-famous orchestra will treat fans locally and from around the world to an evening of the Eurovision Song Contest's biggest bangers. Lovingly titled 'Douze Points!' the event draws from some of Europe's biggest successes including ABBA, Conchita Wurst and the reigning champs, Ukraine's Kalush Orchestra.

The evening promises to showcase the contest's flamboyancy in all its glory with everything from power ballads and heavy metal to the classic camp and cheese we all know and love. The Orchestra, conducted by Richard Balcombe and joined by incredible vocalists, will be hosted by the wonderful broadcaster Owain Wyn Evans, the host of Radio 2’s Early Breakfast show in 2023.
Eurovision fanatics can enjoy the perfect pre-game treat before the big event as it is scheduled to take place Friday, May 12th, directly between the second-semi final and the grand final show. A glass of bubbly is included with the ticket price, which you can book here.
