Fans of the Royal family have expressed their concern for Prince George as he appeared at the Wimbledon final in a suit on a blazing hot summer's day.

Temperatures soared to 30C in south west London this afternoon as Novak Djokovic beat Nick Kyrgios in a four-set thriller on Centre Court.

The eight-year-old prince watched the final alongside his parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
