It was a big one for the Royal Family last weekend as the Platinum Jubilee saw days of celebrations and events to mark the Queen's historic anniversary and the eyes of the world were fixed on the senior royal family members throughout. But it was Prince Louis, the youngest child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who made sure his was the stand-our character of the family due to his high-jinx in the crowd.
In particular, one thing many royal spotters noticed was the remarkable likeness between Prince Louis and his father Prince William. The pair have been compared to each other from the moment little Louis was born and the similarities have continued as he has grown older.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s youngest stole the show at the Platinum Jubilee celebrations as he mucked around and was scolded by his mother. And now a shot of a three-year-old William on the royal yacht 'Britannia' next to Prince Charles has surfaced after Louis was spotted being cheeky on Buckingham Palace’s balcony over the weekend.

However, Kate Middleton and Prince William took their son’s boisterous behaviour in their stride after he captured the hearts of many royal fans with his funny faces, shushing his mum and silly dancing. Over the years, William has been no stranger to having to behave in formal situations, and handled parenting his children through the long days with skill.
My London reports that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge addressed the attention Louis had received since the celebrations in a post on their official Twitter account which showed a black and white photograph of William and Louis with their backs to the camera.
It shows William dressed in his ceremonial uniform of the Irish Guards, while Louis wore a sailor’s suit that was similar to one worn by his father in 1985. In the caption, they wrote: “We all had an incredible time, especially Louis…”. The Tweet ended with an emoji of two eyes, to imply a knowing look.
