Royal family member Mike Tindall is rumoured to be entering the jungle on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! in 2022. It has been reported that Mike has agreed to do the show becoming the first-ever Royal to face the Bushtucker Trials.
The former rugby player, who is married to Princess Anne's daughter Zara Phillips, could be set to jet off to Australia as the show returns down under. During the coronavirus pandemic, I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! was filmed and set in north Wales at Gwrych Castle and now the show is returning to Australia for the 2022 series.
Presented by Ant and Dec the show sees celebrities face horrendous and horrific trials and if Mike Tindall does take part in the show, this will be a new step for the Royal family. Previously the Royals have taken part in TV shows, with Princess Anne taking part in Question of Sport and the now King Charles appearing in ITV soap Coronation Street, however none as intense or as much in the spotlight as I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!

Mike Tindall would be seen by viewers nightly as he copes with camping in the Australian jungle, living off rice and beans, and interacting with his fellow campmates. Mike, who married into the Royal family in 2011 when he and Zara tied the knot, was a former professional rugby player earning caps in the England rugby team.
Zara and Mike have three children, daughters Mia and Lena and son Lucas, and Mike has been building his public image over the years. He hosts the podcast The Good, The Bad & The Rugby with James Haskell and Alex Payne, and has appeared on Loose Men episodes where men take over from the female hosts on Loose Women.
There are many other rumoured celebrities who could join Mike in the jungle. Rumours include EastEnders star Danny Dyer, Olympic diver Tom Daley, Great British Bake Off winner and baker Nadiya Hussain, The Apprentice star Thomas Skinner and former Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse.
Nadiya told The Guardian in 2020 that she had been asked to take part in the show when the series was filmed in Wales, but turned it down because it was too cold. She said: “I got asked to do I’m A Celebrity [in 2020], and a bit of me regrets not doing it. It’s just so cold in Wales: if I’m going to have cockroaches in my pants I’d rather it be in the sun, thanks. Still, I can’t help wondering what it would have been like.”
Danny Dyer is rumoured to be at the top of the I'm A Celebrity bosses list, as The Sun reported. They said: “Producers think Danny would be great on the series and is their number one target...they’d definitely be up for a big money offer.”
