Royal Ascot day 1 full race card and tips - list of runners Tuesday

Royal Ascot kicks off on Tuesday afternoon with three Group 1s among the seven races.

The world's highest rated horse Baaeed is the long odds-on favourite for the opening contest of the meeting, the Queen Anne Stakes at 2.30pm, and it would be a shock if the undefeated four-year-old didn't win again.

A huge international clash between the Australian-based Nature Strip and the American-trained Golden Pal looks set to be one of the races of the week and takes place at 3.40pm. Blink and you'll miss this five furlong contest.
