JACK ROSS has handed Aziz Behich his Dundee United debut in the Europa Conference League second leg clash against AZ Alkmaar.
The Australia international had been forced to wait for his debut after delayed work permit red tape caused a hold-up.
However, clearance has come through and Behich has been given a starting spot in the Netherlands.
Dundee United take a 1-0 lead to Alkmaar with hopes of progressing in Europe after the historic triumph at Tannadice last week.
Behich comes in at left-back with Mark Birighitti keeping his spot in goal and Liam Smith, Ryan Edwards and Charlie Mulgrew also in the backline.
Dylan Levitt, Ian Harkes and Craig Sibbald look to make up the midfield behind the attacking trio of Tony Watt, Steven Fletcher and Jamie McGrath.
DUNDEE UNITED XI: Birighitti, Smith, Edwards, Mulgrew, Behich, Levitt, Sibbald, Harkes, Watt, McGrath, Fletcher.
SUBS: Eriksson, McMann, Graham, Niskanen, Clark, Middleton, Meekison, Freeman, Fotheringham, Anim, MacLeod.
