After two rounds, Roscommon are the only team in Division One with a perfect record. That 100 per cent start will be severely tested on Sunday when they host Armagh in what promises to be an intriguing contest.
Roscommon lost their Division One status in 2021 after Armagh defeated the Connacht side in a relegation play-off, but they won Division Two last term.
Under new manager Davy Burke, they’ve already accounted for Tyrone and Galway this season and one more win ought to be enough to secure their Division One status for another season.
The same would be true for Armagh after beating Monaghan and drawing with Mayo last time out.
Kieran McGeeney’s side fought back from five point down last on against Mayo and the Orchard County will be hoping to build on that result this weekend.
