Rosanne Cash has postponed three concerts this week after an unexpected medical emergency prompted her doctors to recommend a temporary restriction on travel and performing.

The announcement, issued by her management on Monday via Instagram, affects scheduled shows in Wyoming and Montana while the 71-year-old Grammy winner recovers under her doctors' supervision.
