Rory McIlroy took home a cheque for $675,000 after a 7th placed finish at the Memorial Championship on Sunday.
The Northern Irishman began his day well in the hunt for the title and $3.6 million winner's cheque, but had a wretched back nine and eventually carded a disappointing 73.
McIlroy was looking for his first win on the PGA Tour this year, with his only win in 2023 so far coming on the DP World Tour back in January.

The 34-year-old's last win on the PGA Tour came at the CJ Cup last October.
There had been signs that McIlroy was beginning to regain the form he had prior to his poor showing at this year's Masters.
He hung tough at last month's PGA Championship to finish inside the top-10, but was one of the favourites to win today's tournament after a decent first three days.
McIlroy was looking to become the second Holywood star to win on Sunday after Tom McKibbin's famous win in Hamburg on the DP World Tour.
