They share two children together, Coco and Cooper, while the Boyzone singer shares three children, Jack, Missy and Ali, with ex-wife Yvonne Connolly.
The sweet snaps featured stunning images of Storm with Ronan as well as with their children.
Writing alongside the photos, he said: "Happy Birthday sweetheart. Jesus it was a struggle to find a picture you were not smiling in or laughing in. It's truly unbelievable how you manage to keep on smiling.
"You have been through the ringer huge highs but crazy lows and you manage to keep positive always. You always fight for what's right. You always see the good in everyone and everything. You want to give everyone a second and a third and sometimes a fourth chance always fighting for the underdog.
"You have taught me so much baby. Don't change a thing just maybe enjoy some rest, you deserve it. Love you to the stars and back. Now close that laptop please and raise an umeshu coz it's your birthday."
The comments were flooded with kind comments and birthday wishes for Storm.
"Happy Birthday to your lovely wife," wrote one follower.
"Happy birthday @stormykeating I hope you have an amazing day," another wrote.
Another joked: "If you are my husband, I won't stop smiling and laughing too."
"You are both blessed and those little ones are the icing on the cake," wrote another kind follower.
It isn't the first time Ronan publicly declared his love for his wife. The singer shared another touching tribute back in August as the pair celebrated their wedding anniversary.
He said: ""She only went and stole my heart. Happy Anniversary to my magnificent Wife Stormy. 7 years married 10 years strong 70 more please.
"I adore you and all you are. Strong loving courageous. You are an incredible role model for all the kids and a special mum to all. I don't want a day without you in it baby. #LuckyMan #happyanniversary."
