Ronan Keating is set to become an avid Love Island fan as his son Jack will soon be heading into Casa Amor.
The 45-year-old former Boyzone star is said to be "buzzing" for his 23-year-old son, as the two share a very close bond.
Jack is the latest celebrity offspring to appear on the hit ITV2 show, with Michael Owen's daughter Gemma, 19, being one of the original islanders this series.
Speaking ahead of his entrance on the show, Jack said: "My dad is a singer, Ronan Keating. He will be watching when I’m on it for sure.
"He’s buzzing for me, me and my dad are very close, we’re best mates."
Jack's family will be running his social media while he searches for love in the villa.
Posting on his Instagram, they wrote: "Officially entering the villa of love #casaamor. Your new favourite Irish lad Jackoooo, will be on your screens @9pm tonight @loveisland @itv2
"The Keating clan reporting for duty to give you your live updates & best bits of our boyo. Ahhhhh so excited for this."
Jack said his family and friends would describe him as a "lively guy" He said: "I'm a great crack to be around, always up for a chat, always up for a bit of banter."
Jack has been single for around four or five years and hopes to find a connection with one of the girls. He said: "I’ve really been missing that spark that I haven’t been getting on the dating scene."
He has admitted to not having any "icks" but is looking for a girl who is family orientated.
Back home in Dublin, Jack plays rugby, giving him a competitive edge which will certainly help when trying to steal one of the girls.
He said: "I’m gonna have to potentially break up a couple maybe. It won’t be the most ideal thing, but I’ve got to do what’s best for me."
Jack's sister Missy was originally rumoured to be appearing on the ITV dating show.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Ronan shed some light on his 21-year-old daughter's stance on appearing on Love Island.
Asked by host Ben Shepard if viewers will catch Missy on the show, he said: "I haven’t heard anything but you never know, these kids are busy.
"All my kids they’re all busy doing different things, I haven’t heard anything myself at the moment."
