Ronan Keating has responded to rumours that his daughter Missy has signed up to appear on this summer’s Love Island.
Speaking on Thursday’s Good Morning Britain Ronan looked uncomfortable as he was asked about his 21 year old daughter.
The Boyzone star joined Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway on the ITV show via video link to discuss recently being honoured with a doctorate.

The 45 year old received the honour from the Open University for his work in philanthropy and music and was joined by his wife Storm and two eldest children, Jack and Missy, for the ceremony.
After congratulating Ronan on his achievement, GMB hosts Ben and Kate were keen to ask him about Missy and the rumours that she could be heading to the Love Island villa in June.
Ben said: "I was very excited, as you know I am a watcher of television, to hear the rumour that Missy - your daughter - may be making her way onto Love Island Ronan Keating?"
Kate then butted in and commented: "She's doing so brilliantly on Dancing With The Stars already isn't she?"
Ben then continued: "Is there any truth? Will we be watching her on the new series?"
Ronan looked rather baffled by the question and replied: "I haven't heard anything but you know you never know, these kids are busy, all my kids are busy doing different things.
"I haven't heard anything myself at the moment," he insisted whilst still looking rather a bit confused.
Kate then probed: "How would you feel because I'm sure you love Love Island? But I wonder if it's different when you're a dad watching a daughter on it?"
"Ahhhhh love it," Ronan said sarcastically of the ITV2 show before adding: "Errrrrrm pass. I dunno how I feel about that one. I wouldn't be able to watch!"
