Romeo Beckham has reportedly split up with his long-term girlfriend after three years of dating.
The 19-year-old and Mia Regan, also 19, had celebrated their third anniversary earlier this year and there were even rumours of the fledgling footballer wanting to walk down the aisle like older brother Brooklyn to Nicola Peltz in May.
However, with Romeo currently trying to cut his teeth at Inter Miami II - the club owned by former England captain and father David Beckham - and model Mia based in London, it is believed their conflicting work schedules has brought an end to their romance.
A source told the Daily Mail: "Essentially the long distance relationship at their young ages took its toll. Romeo and Mia are both lovely young people, they're very fond each other and the family love Mia.
"She's continuing to collaborate with Victoria Beckham through her work, but sadly Romeo and Mia aren't together anymore.
"He's focused on his football and living in Miami and she's in the UK, working on her modelling and influencer career. It's amicable."
Romeo had regularly posted photos of himself and Mia on his social media channels throughout their relationship but eagled-eyed fans were quick to spot that he had removed all traces of the model from his Instagram account on Monday.
There were also no signs of Romeo on Mia's Instagram account, with the most recent coming on May 3 as they celebrated their three-year anniversary together.
The two have remained supportive of one another though, with Mia commenting an emoji of a star on the second eldest child from the Beckham family's post on Monday while Romeo liked her most recent post from Friday.
Romeo scored his first goal for Inter Miami II - the feeder team to the MLS franchise - on Sunday during a 3-1 win over Orlando City II in the MLS Next Pro League.
He looked eerily like his famous father before he stepped up to bend a sumptuous long-range strike into the bottom corner of the net as he continues to show his potential.
The teenager has racked up seven assists in 14 appearances and made headlines earlier in the season after he grabbed a hat-trick of assists in one match.
David was left bursting with pride following Romeo's maiden strike for the club, instantly sharing it on his Instagram account with the message: "Well done mate so proud. First goal in a MIAMI shirt.” Romeo replied “Love u dad that was for you.”
