The Rolling Stones are being celebrated through a set of collectable coins. The set has been launched by the Royal Mint to mark the band's 60th anniversary.
The Rolling Stones are the fifth artist to be commemorated through the Mint's Music Legends series. Queen, Sir Elton John, David Bowie, and the Who are the other musicians who have featured.
The band said in a statement: “We are delighted to be honoured by way of an official UK coin. Even more significant that the release coincides with our 60th anniversary.”
