Nene Macdonald will debut for Leeds Rhinos at centre after Rohan Smith made a final call on his new arrival. The Papua New Guinea international, who missed round one with a long-standing quad injury, replaces Luis Roberts in what is the only personnel change from last week's defeat to Warrington.
It is a like-for-like swap, meaning Ash Handley continues at centre for the contest. David Fusitu'a and Derrell Olpherts continue on the wing, as was the case last week.
The only other change comes in the shape of Cameron Smith. The loose forward has been promoted from the bench to the starting side. The person to drop out is Sam Lisone, who will play from the bench on his home debut. Lisone, a new NRL arrival, is still building his fitness at the start of the season.

Kruise Leeming continues as the starting hooker, something Smith confirmed in his pre-match press conference earlier in the week. In terms of absentees, Harry Newman, Mikolaj Oledzki and James Bentley are among the notable absentees.
Rhinos: Myler, Fusitu'a, Macdonald, Handley, Olpherts, Austin, Sezer, Holroyd, Leeming, Tetevano, Gannon, Martin, Smith. Subs: Lisone. Sangare, O'Connor, Donaldson.
